Since joining the firm in 2014 he has represented clients in transactions exceeding $1,000,000,000.

Prior to joining the firm, Jimmy worked in public accounting with one of the big four accounting firms, Deloitte. Serving in the audit practice, Jimmy acquired and perfected project management and financial analysis skills while managing quarterly and annual audits of both publicly traded and privately held companies. These valuable experiences enable him to better understand how all decisions can affect a company’s bottom line.

Jimmy is a recipient of the Peak Performance Brokerage award for Indianapolis office in recognition of strong production as well as established best practices and contributions to the office’s industrial team initiatives. He was the top Industrial Producer in the Indianapolis office in 2018 and in the top 10% of Producers for Colliers nationally, earning him recognition in the firm’s Everest Club.

Jimmy is a graduate of Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management, earning a degree in accounting while also obtaining his Certificate of Advanced Accountancy.

He is an active volunteer at Cathedral High School and also works to support the local Evans Scholarship Programs.

Andrea Hopper, SIOR

  • I’m a mother of 2 busy athletes – you can find me most weekends in a basketball gym or at a softball/baseball diamond.

Over the past 20 years, Andrea has completed more than 500 transactions totaling over 23 million SF ― as well as over 1,000 acres of land slated for industrial development.

Andrea has extensive experience in assessing and negotiating lease transactions as well as identifying land sites for future industrial development. A key strength is her ability to fully assess both a client’s project-specific requirements, plus the long-term growth strategy, to develop and execute plans to address the dual critical paths.

Andrea began her real estate career in brokerage, specializing in industrial services and worked as part of a Corporate Services Group. She then stepped over to the developer side, working for institutional owners such as First Industrial and Prologis. At Prologis, she served as Market Representative for Indianapolis and co-managed a 55-building portfolio totaling 10.5 MSF with over 200 tenants.

Since 2011, Jason has closed over 1,600 transactions exceeding $900 million in value. For 9 years, Jason and his team have earned the firm’s “Most Transactions” award and Jason has twice earned its “Top Associate Producer” award.

Jason’s key strengths are his ability to thoroughly assess needs and implement plans to exceed clients’ goals. He possesses exceptional communication, collaboration and analytical skills, which have proven successful toward building and sustaining client relationships; collaborating on marketing strategies for key assignments; consulting with and advising private and institutional clients; managing long-term transactions; and representing institutional real estate portfolios.

He is actively engaged in various community efforts. Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Hendricks County. He is Past President of the organization and still sits on its Resource Development Committee. Jason has served as Admission Chair for SIOR, Indiana/Kentucky Chapter and is also a past Board Member of NAIOP Indiana Chapter.

Tyler Wilson, SIOR

Before advancing into brokerage, Tyler led the firm’s market research department, creating the foundation for what has become his key service differentiator ― a commanding market knowledge. Tyler’s ability to thoroughly access his clients’ needs and implement strategies to exceed their overall objectives has proven successful toward building and sustaining long-term relationships. Clients value and appreciate his 24/7 availability, attention to detail, collaborative effort, and diligent approach toward every assignment.

When not advising clients or closing deals, Tyler devotes his time to his wife and two children. His family enjoys taking vacations, being outdoors, and anything that involves being on the water.

Sydney Gabriel

Sydney's role is quite diverse — streamlining her team’s marketing, transaction management and brokerage efforts to ensure smooth, seamless, and highly responsive activity for their clients.

To support their high-volume deal flow — Sydney oversees the marketing & leasing processes for nearly 100 of the team’s flex buildings. When not showing properties or interacting with clients, her role includes drafting marketing content and overseeing the team’s expanding property and prospect database.

Since joining the team in 2016, Sydney’s brokerage team has earned Colliers Indianapolis “Most Transactions” award for six consecutive years. Sydney has been instrumental in the transactional process of 750+ deals — over $500 million total gross deal value —and the marketing of 150+ listings.

Her personal strengths include delivering creative solutions and being intuitive and responsive to stakeholders’ needs. Clients value her reliability and the flexibility her role provides – as well as her ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines, all while providing top tier customer service.

Prior to joining Colliers, Sydney was a Project Coordinator at Tangram, a non-profit for adults with disabilities. Prior to that, she enjoyed invaluable internships with Special Olympics and Riley Children’s Foundation.

In her free time, she loves to read, cook, exercise, cheer on the Butler Bulldogs, plus take pottery classes at the Indianapolis Art Center.

Hannah Nichols provides administrative, marketing and client support for the Indy Industrial Advisory team.

Hannah offers impressive marketing and team collaboration skills she gained while working during her full-time studies. As Rebranding Intern for Beneficence Family Scholars (BFS) ― she conducted extensive market research toward a complete rebranding initiative – presenting the new look and strategy to board members and driving its rollout within her peer intern team.

As Office Assistant for BSU’s Women’s and Gender Studies Department ― she conceived, wrote, and edited initial issues of its inaugural newsletter.
